1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vaarta.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Vaarta.space is a passive domain security scanning tool that analyzes publicly available data (DNS records, SSL certificates, HTTP security headers) and generates AI-powered offensive and defensive security reports. It does not perform active penetration testing or exploit scanning.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vaarta.space only for legitimate security auditing purposes. You must not:

  • Scan domains you do not own or have authorization to audit.
  • Use the service for malicious purposes including but not limited to reconnaissance for attacks.
  • Attempt to bypass scan limits, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the scanning API.
  • Resell or redistribute scan results without authorization.

4. Credit Plans

Vaarta.space uses a one-time credit-based system. Each scan consumes one credit. Credits never expire.

  • Starter: 10 scan credits for $5.
  • Growth: 25 scan credits for $12.
  • Professional: 50 scan credits for $20.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. All sales are final. Credits are non-refundable once delivered. Vaarta.space reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vaarta.space provides passive security analysis only. Results should not be considered a comprehensive security audit. We are not responsible for any security breaches, data loss, or damages resulting from reliance on our scan results. Active penetration testing requires explicit written authorization from the target.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on Vaarta.space are owned by Vaarta.space. Scan results generated for your account are yours to use. The AI analysis is provided as-is based on publicly available data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, including misuse of the scanning service or abuse of rate limits.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
