  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials on our servers.

Your scan results and account data are stored in encrypted databases hosted on Neon (serverless Postgres). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), authentication middleware, and role-based access controls. Scan history retention varies by plan: Free (no retention), Basic (30 days), Core (1 year).

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Clerk: Authentication and user management.
  • PayU: Payment processing.
  • AI Providers (Groq, Cerebras, SambaNova, Mistral, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Gemini): Security analysis generation.
  • Neon: Database hosting.
  • Vercel: Application hosting and deployment.

5. Data Retention

Free plan users: No scan history is retained. Basic plan: 30 days. Core plan: 1 year. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request data deletion by contacting support@vaarta.space.

6. Your Rights

  • Access your personal data and scan history.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export your scan reports as PDF.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time.
